According to the ECAC recommendation INT S/11-1, adopted in June of 1980, there is no longer a requirement for special authorisations for the use of Swiss airspace with home-built aircraft registered in an ECAC member State. Due to this fact, the issue of such an authori-sation is not necessary for your aircraft and we would like to welcome you for your planned visit to Switzerland.

In Anwendung der ECAC-Empfehlung INT S/11-1 vom Juni 1980 ist für Eigenbau-Luftfahr-zeuge, welche in Staaten der ECAC eingetragen sind, keinerlei Sonderbewilligung für die Benützung des schweizerischen Luftraums mehr erforderlich. Aus diesem Grund entfällt für Ihr Luftfahrzeug die Ausstellung einer solchen Bewilligung und wir heissen Sie bei Ihren vorgesehenen Besuchen in der Schweiz willkommen.

En vertu de la recommandation INT S/11-1, adoptée en juin 1980, aucune autorisation spé-ciale n’est nécessaire pour l’utilisation de l’espace aérien suisse avec des aéronefs de cons-truction amateur, immatriculés aux états membre de l’ECAC. De ce fait, l’établissement d’une telle autorisation est sans objet pour votre aéronef et nous vous souhaitons le bienvenue pour votre visite prévue en Suisse.
